Documents required for the Bonus Card

To obtain a Contactless Bonus Card, please get in touch with your Garanti BBVA consultant, go to one of the Garanti BBVA agencies or call the Customer Communication Center toll-free phone number 0800 80 1234 anytime between 09:00-22:00, reachable to all fixed-lines, or call + 40 21 200 94 94, a normal rate telephone number.
List of required documents:
- A copy of the solicitant’s ID card
- A Credit Card Issue request

According to each client’s profile and type of income, the bank may ask for additional documents.
Eligibility criteria:
- A minimum net income of 1898 lei for Bonus Card Classic, Bonus Card Gold, Platinum and WWF
