I. Campaign Duration

The Campaign Period is March 4, 2025 – December 31, 2025

II. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to individuals (the “Participant”) who cumulatively meet the following conditions:

  • to be a individual resident in Romania who holds a CNP or Tax Identification Number (“NIF”) issued by the Romanian authorities,
  • to be at least 18 years old
  • to be a Garanti Bank S.A. customer at the time of the Campaign initiation;
  • to have the Garanti BBVA Mobile mobile banking service active on the last day of the month for which the draw is made (for example: if the draw takes place in the first week of July for eligible clients and transactions in May, then the mobile banking service status must be active on 30.06.2025);
  • to have their personal data updated or, as the case may be, to update them during the Campaign.
  • to have their contact details completed and the marketing agreements through which they wish to receive commercial notifications.
  • to carry out at least one transaction of over 50 (fifty) lei
  • not to be employees or collaborators of the Garanti BBVA or APT group

III. Eligible transactions

To participate in the campaign, the following types of transactions are accepted, carried out in the Garanti BBVA Mobile application:

  • Foreign exchange and arbitrage;
  • Payment of Bonus Card credit card debt and cash advance;
  • Intrabank and interbank transfer in lei and foreign currency – except for payments between own accounts;
  • Opening term deposits and savings accounts with an initial amount of at least 50 (fifty) lei;
  • Bill payments and prepaid card reloads;
  • Online loan and credit card contracting.

IV. Campaign Mechanism

The participant who has the Mobile Banking service and who will make at least one transaction of over 50 (fifty) lei among those accepted through this service and who has expressed their marketing agreement will be automatically registered for the draw related to the period in which the transaction was made.

3 (three) draws will be organized within the campaign, and 100 (one hundred) winners will be selected at each draw, each Winner will receive a single prize worth 100 (one hundred) lei, which will be transferred directly to the current account, as follows:

  • For transactions made between March 4th and June, the draw will be made and the prizes will be awarded in July;
  • For transactions made between July and September, the draw will be made and the prizes will be awarded in October;
  • For transactions made between October and December, the draw will be made and the prizes will be awarded in January 2026.

Each transaction exceeding 50 (fifty) lei made during a draw will bring one chance to win, but no more than 10 (ten) chances per participant. A participant cannot win more than one prize.The draw will take place in the first week of the month following the period for which the draw is made, the Bank using the external website www.random.org, without transmitting any personal data of the clients when using this platform. Participants who were not declared winners on the day of the draw will be automatically registered for the following draws, if they still meet the participation conditions.
