Agency Offer

It is addressed to individuals, clients or non-clients of GARANTI BANK S.A. (“the Bank”), who during the Campaign period cumulatively meet the following conditions:

  • Hold or open a current account in RON with the BANK;
  • Will collect recurring income (e.g. salary, pension, income from indemnities, rent, self-employment, etc.) or the equivalent of at least two installments, in their current accounts opened with the Bank or are going to collect them within two months from the date of signing the Credit Agreement;
  • Request in any Garanti Bank Agency the granting of a personal loan without real estate collateral with the Standard destination;
  • Meet the Bank's eligibility conditions, both in terms of opening an account and in terms of granting loans, as the case may be;

This Offer applies to a single personal loan without real estate collateral contracted during the Campaign period;

Will not be included in the Campaign – agency offer:

  • Garanti Romania Group employees;
  • Customers who, at the start of the Campaign, are already listed in the Bank's records with recurring receipts (e.g. salary, pension, income from indemnities, rent, self-employment, etc.) during the period 01.01.2025-27.06.2025;
  • Customers who, at the date of submitting the credit application, hold another personal loan with the Bank without real estate collateral.
  • Customers who, during the Campaign, receive other benefits from the Bank in their accounts, e.g. welcome bonuses, as a result of the existence of salary conventions concluded by their employers with the bank.

Online offer

It is addressed to individuals, new clients who, during the Campaign, open an account through the Mobile Banking application (GarantiBBVA Mobile) and who cumulatively meet the following conditions:

  • New clients who will open a current account in RON through the Mobile Banking application;
  • They will request a personal loan without real estate collateral with the Standard destination during the Campaign through the Mobile Banking application (GarantiBBVA Mobile), available in the AppStore, Google Play or AppGallery, for the IOS and Android operating systems;
  • Clients will collect their salary rights or the equivalent of at least two installments in their current accounts opened with the Bank or will collect them within two months from the date of signing the Credit Agreement;
  • It applies only to the granting of new personal loans without real estate collateral with the Standard destination;
  • They meet the Bank's eligibility conditions, both in terms of account opening and in terms of granting loans, as the case may be;

This Offer applies to a single personal loan without real estate collateral with the Standard destination contracted during the Campaign period;

The following will not be included in the Campaign – online offer:

  • Employees of the Garanti Romania Group;
  • Existing customers who have a business relationship with Garanti Bank S.A.;
  • Customers who, on the date of submitting the loan application, hold another personal loan without real estate collateral with the Bank;
