Product features
- The High Energy Efficiency Office Investment Loan is granted only for the purpose of purchasing a property certified by the Romania Green Building Council on energy efficiency, in order to carry out economic activity.
- The amount financed is between RON 50,000 and RON 2,500,000
- The loan can be granted for an extended period of up to 240 months depending on the organization form held
- Advance: minimum 15% of the value of the property to be purchased
- Grace period: maximum 6 months
- Advantageous interest, 0.5% lower than the interest granted for a standard loan with the same destination
- Mix of guarantees: the surety offered by the business owner(s), real estate mortgages, pledge on the current accounts of the company opened with Garanti BBVA
