Installment Loan with BID Guarantee

Intended for financing the current activity and granted to optimize the company’s operational cash flow (payment of suppliers, salaries, payments of taxes and contributions, and other operational costs necessary for carrying out and/or developing current activities).

Product characteristics:

  • Type of credit: Installment loan
  • Currency: RON
  • Credit amount: Maximum RON 14 Million, provided that the de minimis aid does not exceed EUR 300,000 per beneficiary, calculated over the previous three calendar years.
  • Credit period: Up to 66 months
  • Collateral: BID guarantee up to 80% of the loan amount and additional collateral (if applicable)
  • Use: Based on supporting documents and in accordance with the financing purpose
  • Repayment: According to the repayment schedule

Investment Loan for Equipment Acquisition

A loan product dedicated to financing investments in equipment (equipment, machines and tools, vehicles, and other similar fixed assets required for the company’s operations and development).

Product characteristics:

  • Type of credit: Installment loan
  • Currency: RON
  • Credit amount: Maximum EUR Maximum RON 14 Million, provided that the de minimis aid does not exceed EUR 300,000 per beneficiary, calculated over the previous three calendar years.
  • Credit period: Up to 10 years
  • Collateral: BID guarantee up to 80% of the loan amount and security interest over the purchased equipment
  • Repayment: In installments, according to the repayment schedule

Real Estate Investment Loan

A loan product dedicated to financing the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, or expansion of real estate assets necessary for the company’s operations and development, excluding land acquisition and real estate development activities.

Product characteristics:

  • Type of credit: Installment loan
  • Currency: RON
  • Credit amount: Maximum EUR Maximum RON 14 Million, provided that the de minimis aid does not exceed EUR 300,000 per beneficiary, calculated over the previous three calendar years.
  • Credit period: Up to 10 years
  • Collateral: BID guarantee up to 80% and additional collateral, according to the loan approval decision
  • Repayment: In installments, according to the repayment schedule
