Cardless transactions

Garanti BBVA created a unique package of cardless services for its Garanti BBVA ATMs network from all over the country, regardless of being the Bank’s customer or not.

Garanti BBVA ATMs offer the possibility of making the following transactions without using a debit or credit card, and even without being a bank customer, only by depositing the money:

  • Pay the regular providers’ invoices (telecommunication, utilities, insurance, financial institutions)
  • Recharge prepay cards (Top-up menu)
  • The payment for Vola.ro plane tickets
  • Pay the minimum due amount for your own Bonus Card, as well as for other Bonus Cards
  • Deposit money into your own Garanti BBVA account without having your card with you

All cardless transactions performed at Garanti BBVA ATMs have 0 commission.

Security rules

To keep the company’s money in an account is one of the safest things to do. Even so, there are some important Garanti BBVA ATMs security rules you have to know and follow just to be sure the accounts are super safe.

  • Chose a unique PIN that is difficult to guess and is different to numbers used for other purposes such as the card number, the birth date or the phone number.
  • Don't tell anyone, make sure that no-one else can view your PIN when using a Garanti BBVA ATM and never write it down.
  • Don’t forget, there is no reason for anyone else to know your PIN code, even if is someone that works at Garanti BBVA. You are the only owner of the card and you must be the only one who knows the PIN.
  • When you’re using the Garanti BBVA ATM, do not ask anyone's help, beside Garanti BBVA's employees.
  • Do not leave the Garanti BBVA ATM until the transaction is completed and until you have recovered your card.
  • If a problem occurs and your card is not returned or you can’t receive the money, give us a call immediately to Customer Communication Center 0800 801234 (toll-free number in the fixed line network) or 021 200 9494 (regular charge number in any network), available daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Do not allow others to call for you.
