Bucharest, 28 July – More than 3,900 participants applied for and received a Bonus Card Mastercard credit card from Garanti BBVA during the “Summer Vacation, Gift” campaign, held between February 10 and June 15, 2025. The initiative, run in partnership with Mastercard, awarded prizes with a total gross value of over 262,000 lei, including three all-inclusive vacations to Turkey and 35 iPhone 16 devices.
The three vacations, each valued at 20,000 lei net, offer a complete relaxation experience at a five-star resort in Turkey, arranged through the partner travel agency Abeona. The iPhone 16 devices awarded to the other 35 winners have a net value of 5,100 lei each.

To enter the campaign, participants had to apply for a Bonus Card Mastercard through the Garanti BBVA Mobile app or at any bank branch, activate the card by generating a PIN code, and perform at least one transaction online or at a POS terminal. Each eligible transaction counted as an additional chance in the prize draw.
Garanti BBVA is expanding its range of benefits with a new campaign running from July 1 to September 30, 2025, offering new customers the opportunity to receive bonus points when they apply for the Bonus Card exclusively through the Mobile Banking app. Bonus points equivalent to 200 lei will be granted within 10 business days of card approval and can be used until October 1, 2025.
Through the Bonus Card, clients have access to an extensive network of partners where they can make interest-free installment purchases, earn bonus points with every payment, and enjoy promotions and campaigns that add value to every purchase. Easy to use, including via the mobile banking app, the card offers control, flexibility, and benefits that keep up with everyday life.
