I. Duration of the Campaign:

The offer is valid from February 05, 2025 to April 30, 2025.

II. Validity conditions of the Campaign:

* This Offer remains valid only if the applicant’s eligibility conditions are met, implicitly if the request is approved during the Campaign period. The credit product can be granted at a later date after the end of the Campaign.

III. Campaign offer if the requested credit is approved:

* The IRCC benchmark is currently 5.55%. It is updated every January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st, depending on the duration of the loan.

IV. Acceptance of offer:

  • At any time during the running period, the Campaign may end before the deadline, based on the decision of GARANTI BANK SA or in case of force majeure. In the event of any of these cases, GARANTI BANK SA will transmit the information on the official website ” www.garantibbva.ro ” as soon as possible.
  • It is considered that the offer is accepted at the time of signing the documents certifying the intention to contract the credit.
