Small Fresh Funds deposit offer

I. Duration of the Campaign:

The offer is valid from April 18, 2024 to July 30, 2024.

II. Validity conditions of the Campaign:

  • It is addressed to individuals, existing or non-client clients of GARANTI BANK S.A who request a real estate loan for amounts less than or equal to RON 300,000;
  • The campaign applies to non-clients and clients who collect their salary at GARANTI BANK S.A. or who will collect monthly in their account the equivalent of at least 2 monthly installments;
  • It applies for granting new real estate loans as well as for refinancing existing real estate loans at GARANTI BANK S.A, but also held at other banks*.
  • Customers applying for a credit product mentioned above must meet the Bank's eligibility conditions.
  • The currency in which loans can be granted is RON.
  • The maximum credit period is up to 360 months for amounts less than or equal to RON 300,000.

*This Offer remains valid only if the applicant’s eligibility conditions are met, implicitly if the request is approved during the Campaign period. The credit product can be granted at a later date after the end of the Campaign.

III. Campaign offer if the requested credit is approved:

  • The maximum amount will be less than or equal to 300,000 RON;
  • File analysis commission: 750 RON
  • Fixed interest rate for 3 years with life insurance: 5.49%/ year, then variable 2.25% + IRCC at 3 months *;
  • Fixed interest rate for 3 years without life insurance: 5.37%/ year, then variable 2.25% + IRCC at 3 months *;
  • Fixed interest rate for 5 years with life insurance: 5.67% / year, then variable 2.25% + IRCC at 3 months *;
  • Fixed interest rate for 5 years without life insurance: 5.55%/ year, then variable 2.25% + IRCC at 3 months *;
  • Monthly management fee: 75 RON
  • Credit period: 360 months

* The IRCC benchmark is currently 5.90%. It is updated every January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st, depending on the duration of the loan.

IV. Acceptance of offer:

  • At any time during the running period, the Campaign may end before the deadline, based on the decision of GARANTI BANK SA or in case of force majeure. In the event of any of these cases, GARANTI BANK SA will transmit the information on the official website ” garantibbva.ro ” as soon as possible.
  • It is considered that the offer is accepted at the time of signing the documents certifying the intention to contract the credit.

V. Example of APR calculation according to the offer of this Campaign:

Fixed Interest for 3 years without life insurance:

For a real estate loan worth 250,000 RON, granted for a period of 360 months, with reimbursement in equal installments The Annual Effective Interest Rate (APR) is 8.34%/year*, The interest rate is 5.37%/year, fixed, the analysis fee is 750 RON, and the monthly administration fee is 75 RON, The value of the monthly installment is 1,474.15 RON,  and the total amount payable 681,641.43 RON:

Fixed Interest for 5 years without life insurance:

For a real estate loan worth 250,000 RON, granted for a period of 360 months, with reimbursement in equal installments The Annual Effective Interest Rate (APR) is 8.01%/year*, The interest rate is 5.55%/year, fixed, the analysis fee is 750 RON, and the monthly administration fee is 75 RON, The value of the monthly installment is 1,502.33 RON,  and the total amount payable 667,247.79 RON;
