Credit Card Refinancing Campaign

I.Campaign Duration: 

The offer is valid from November 4, 2022 to March 31, 2023 and updates the campaign launched on September 15, 2022 with the following features: 

II. Campaign Conditions: 

– It is aimed at individuals, can be customers or non-customers of GARANTI BANK S.A. and who, during the Campaign period, apply for a personal loan without mortgage over real estate to refinance the credit cards they hold at other banks. 

– Customers applying for a loan product mentioned above must meet the eligibility requirements of the bank.

– The currency in which loans can be granted is RON.

IV. Acceptance of the offer: 

– The Campaign may be terminated early at any time during the period of the Campaign, based on the decision of Garanti Bank S.A. or in case of force majeure. In the event of any of these cases, Garanti Bank S.A. will inform the participants on the official website “www.garantibbva.ro” as soon as possible. 

– The offer is considered accepted at the moment of signing the documents, which attest the intention to contract the loan.

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 11,31%/year*** for a personal loan without mortgage over real estate in the amount of 8,000 RON for a period of 57 months, with repayment in equal installments. The interest rate is 8,85%/year, fixed, the analysis fee is 0 RON and the monthly management fee is 7,5 RON. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 10,83%/year*** for a personal loan without mortgage over real estate in the amount of 8,000 RON for a period of 57 months, with repayment in equal installments. The interest rate is 8,41%/year, variable, consisting of IRCC at 3 months + bank margin 4,35%, the analysis fee is 0 RON, and the monthly management fee is 7,5 RON. The monthly installment is 178,23 RON and the total amount payable*** 

10,246.74 RON; *The IRCC 3M value on 01.10.2022 is 4,06%.

**The interest rate changes every January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1, depending on the evolution of the benchmark.
