  • At any time during the campaign, your Campaign may be terminated early, based on the decision of Garanți Bank SA or in case of force majeure. In the event of any of these cases, Garanți Bank SA will inform the participants through its territorial agencies as soon as possible.
  • The offer is considered accepted at the time of signing the documents, which attests to the intention to contract the loan.

Real estate loan with free life insurance and salary collection – RON

The Annual Effective Interest Rate (AER) is 8.28%/year* for a real estate loan worth 360,000 lei over a period of 262 months, with repayment in equal installments. The interest is 6.09%/year, fixed in the first 3 years and subsequently variable at 8.06%/year, consisting of IRCC** + bank margin 2.40%, the analysis fee is 750 lei and the monthly management fee is 75 lei. The monthly installment value is 2,562.27 lei and the total payable amount is 771,553.66 lei;

Real estate loan with free life insurance and salary collection – EUR

The Annual Effective Interest Rate (AER) is 6.999%/year* for a real estate loan worth 50,000 Eur over a period of 262 months, with repayment in equal installments. The interest is 5.07%/year, fixed in the first 3 years and subsequently variable at 6.343%/year, consisting of Euribor*** at 6 months + the bank’s margin of 3.75%, the analysis fee is 130 Eur and the monthly administration fee is 10 Eur. The value of the monthly installment is 330.93 Eur and the total amount payable is 96,386.54 Eur;

*The total payable amount and APR also include costs related to: insurance policies, valuation of the property brought as collateral, advertising of movable mortgages in the National Register of Mortgages, commissions for processing payment orders.

** IRCC value as of 01.01.2025 is 5.66%. The interest rate changes every January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 depending on the evolution of the reference index

*** EURIBOR 6M value as of 01.02.2025 is 2.593%. It is updated every February 1 and August 1 throughout the loan term.
