3 months of grace , anytime during the first 3 years of using the credit (the grace period can be applied starting with the first installment).
III. Conditions for awarding the offer:
- It is addressed to natural persons, who may be existing or non-customers of GARANțI BANK SA and who request a new loan for personal needs without collateral, starting from 20.09.2023;
- The 3-month grace period is valid for all types of credit for personal needs without real collateral contracted starting from 20.09.2023, including refinancing, regardless of the type of interest or the campaigns in force during the period mentioned above ;
- Grace period can be implemented by signing an addendum to the credit agreement and a new repayment schedule ;
- Grace period can be granted at any time during the first three years from the date of use of the credit and can consist of a single period of three months or fractions of one month, but without exceeding a period of 3 months . The grace period can be applied starting with the first installment ;
- The grace period can only be granted if, at the time of the request, the customer does not register arrears. After paying the arrears, the customer can make a new request for grace only if the 3-year term from the use of the credit has not been exceeded;
- Interest calculated for the grace period, principal and commissions will be added to the credit balance, which will be redistributed over the remaining period, after the end of the grace period;
- The monthly credit management fee is not calculated or capitalized during the grace period, it will not be paid by the client during the requested grace period;
- Regardless of the duration of the granted grace period , the loan repayment period remains the initial one.
IV. Acceptance of offer:
At any time during the development period, the offer may be terminated before the signing of the credit agreement, based on the decision of GARANțI BANK SA or in case of force majeure. In the event of the occurrence of any of these cases, GARANțI BANK SA will transmit the information regarding the termination of the offer on the official website „www.garantibbva.ro”, in the “Campaigns” section, as soon as possible.
The offer was considered to be accepted at the time of signing the documents certifying the intention to contract the loan.
