Lending campaign - "Small" GPL

I. Duration of the Campaign:

The offer is valid from May 29th 2024 to June 30th, 2024  .

II. Validity conditions of the Campaign:

  • It is addressed to individuals, who may be existing or non-client clients who collect their salary or will collect their salary or the equivalent of at least two monthly installments in the account opened with Garanti Bank SA and will request a personal needs loan without real estate guarantees during the Campaign.
  • It applies both to new loans and to those refinancing other loans for personal needs without real real estate guarantees that they hold at other banks*.
  • Customers requesting a credit product mentioned above must meet the Bank's eligibility conditions.
  • The currency in which loans can be granted is RON.
  • The maximum crediting period is up to 120 months**.
 

*This Offer remains valid only if the applicant’s eligibility conditions are met, implicitly if the request is approved during the Campaign period. The credit product can be granted at a later date after the end of the Campaign.

**The loan for personal needs without real estate guarantees for a period of more than 60 months is only applied for the refinancing of loans contracted before 07/08/2020, without the possibility of granting an additional amount.       

III. Campaign offer if the requested credit is approved:

  • Maximum amount: 40,000 RON RON
  • File analysis commission: 250 RON
  • Fixed Interest: 7.98%/ year
  • Monthly management fee: 25 RON
  • Credit period 120 months.**.
  • 3 months grace period, anytime in the first 3 years***
 

*** The grace period can only be granted if the client does not register arrears at the time of the request. The grace period can be implemented by signing an additional document to the credit agreement and a new repayment schedule.

The interest calculated for the grace period, the principal and the commissions will be added to the credit balance, which will be redistributed over the remaining period, after the end of the grace period. The monthly credit administration commission will not be calculated or capitalized during the grace period, it will not be paid by the client during the requested grace period. Regardless of the length of the grace period granted, the loan repayment period remains the initial one.

IV. Acceptance of offer:

  • At any time during the running period, the Campaign may end before the deadline, based on the decision of GARANTI BANK SA or in case of force majeure. In the event of any of these cases, GARANTI BANK SA will transmit the information on the official website " www.garantibbva.ro”," as soon as possible.
  • It is considered that the offer is accepted at the time of signing the documents certifying the intention to contract the credit.

Example of APR calculation according to the offer of this Campaign:

For a loan for personal needs without real real estate guarantees in the amount of 40,000 RON, granted for a period of 60 months, with repayment in equal installments, the Annual Effective Interest (APR) is 10.09%/year*, the Interest is 7.98%/year, fixed, the analysis fee is 250 RON, and the monthly administration fee is 25 RON, The value of the monthly installment is 835.67  RON, and the total amount payable is 50,521.78 RON;
