  • The investment loan Green Office is granted only for the purpose of purchasing a building certified by the Romania Green Building Council regarding energy efficiency, in order to carry out the economic activity.
  • The amount financed is between RON 50,000 and RON 2,500,000
  • The loan can be granted for an extended period of up to 240 months depending on the organization form held
  • Advance: minimum 15% of the value of the property to be purchased
  • Grace period: maximum 6 months
  • Advantageous interest, 0.5% lower than the interest granted for a standard loan with the same destination
  • Mix of guarantees: the surety offered by the business owner(s), real estate mortgages, pledge on the current accounts of the company opened with Garanti BBVA
