Product features
Discounting commercial invoices (Forfeiting) is designed for companies having commercial transactions based on supplier credit. The product consists in the sale towards the Bank of the promissory notes and/or invoiced receivables, with/without recourse on the Seller.
- Loan type: structured finance solution through which Garanti BBVA finances up to 100% of the Borrower’s receivables certified by a promissory note and/or invoices accepted by the Payer;
- Currency: Lei/EUR/USD;
- Maturity: correlated with the maturity of receivables.
Advantages for the company:
- Financing up to 100% of the receivables amount: the company has access to immediate liquidity by receiving from the Bank up to 100% of the receivables amount;
- Quick and flexible financing product: company can benefit of a flexible and quick financing structure without being requested to establish additional collaterals in favour of the Bank.
