Internet Banking and Mobile
Banking Campaign Offer

I.Duration of the Campaign:

The offer is valid from 17.09.2024 to 30.06.2025.

II. Validity conditions of the Campaign:

The Campaign is addressed to individuals, customers or non-customers, who during the Campaign:

  • have a current account or open a current account at Garanti Bank SA .;
  • opts for the purchase and activation (use of applications) of the Internet Banking/Mobile Banking service.

III.Campaign offer :

Free monthly administration fee for the Internet Banking/Mobile Banking service for the entire period of their maintenance and access .

IV.Acceptance of offer:

  • For non- customers and existing customers , the offer is considered accepted in the period 17.09.2024-30.06.2025 together with their consent given on the documents attesting the intention to purchase and of activation, respectively of using the Internet Banking or Mobile Banking service from Garanti Bank SA.
  • At any time during the running period, the Campaign may be terminated before the deadline, based on the decision of GARANTI BANK SA or in case of force majeure. In the event of the occurrence of any of these cases, GARANTI BANK SA sends you the information on the official website " www.garantibbva.ro ", in the shortest possible time.
  • For details regarding the processing of your personal data, please consult the Bank's website at www.garantibbva.ro, section "Personal data processing" or you can request them in any of the Bank's Agencies; in case you need more details in connection with the processing of your personal data, you can also contact us at the e-mail address dpo@garantibbva.ro . Details about the cost structure (interest, commissions, other taxes, etc.) can be found on the website www.garantibbva.ro .
